I ordered a 42' waist and the item fitted perfectly. The material however was "shiny" which I didn't like and the item was returned for a refund.

Great fit and quality. I bought these for my heavy son in a 40 inch waist. They are generous enough around the thighs which can be difficult to find in a short leg. He said they are very comfortable.
